14-Day Hassle-Free Returns – We've Got Your Back
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return – Reach Out, We're Listening
Simply email us at admin@jo-bolt-store.net with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with the return address: Please wait for our confirmation before shipping your item back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Errors – We'll Make It Right, No Matter Where You Are
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us right away at admin@jo-bolt-store.net. We'll resolve the issue promptly, whether you're in London or Melbourne!
Items We Can't Accept Back – Earth Rules Apply
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Earrings
- Underwear
Exchanges – Faster Than a Rocket!
For the fastest exchange, return your original item once approved, and place a new order.
EU Customers – Your Rights Are Universal
If you're in the European Union, you have 14 days to return your order for any reason, no questions asked. The item must be in its original condition.
Refunds – We'll Process Them Quickly
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank to process the refund. If you don't see your refund within 15 business days, contact us at admin@jo-bolt-store.net.
Detailed Return Procedure – Follow These Steps
- Email admin@jo-bolt-store.net with your order number and reason for return.
- Ensure items are unused, in original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by the original invoice.
- For shoes, please do not use the shoe box as a shipping container.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless we made an error.
- Refunds (minus original shipping) are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that don't meet our policy.
- Online orders cannot be returned in-store.
- We do not accept returns of 3 or more of the same item.
- If we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, we'll cover return shipping and send the correct item or issue a full refund.
