At JoBolt Footwear & Gear, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please try your boots and footwear indoors on a clean surface before committing — we cannot accept returns on items showing signs of outdoor wear.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at admin@jo-bolt-store.net with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Please wait for our confirmation before shipping the item back. We will provide you with the correct return address and further instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Where there is a quality issue, defect, or shipping error on our part, JoBolt Footwear & Gear will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
4. Change of Mind Returns
If the product is in perfect condition but you have simply changed your mind:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs
- We will issue a full refund for the product price once received and inspected in its original condition
- We do not charge any restocking fees
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us first and we'll do our best to reserve your size or colour where stock allows.
6. Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
